  • Is slime edible?

    Nope! Do NOT attempt to eat slime.

  • My slime arrived too sticky, too stiff, or melted, what do I do?

    This can often happen during shipping, especially when there is extreme weather. Check out the “Slime Care” section HERE for instructions on how to correct any issues

  • Will slime irritate me or affect any of my allergies?

    We don’t recommend slime if you are sensitive to strong fragrance or household items such as lotions, glycerin, borax, or PVA glue

Orders

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Please double check before placing your order as we do not allow cancellations. On occasion we can permit a cancellation if contacted within the same day, but only if the label has not been printed yet.

  • My order was marked as delivered but it's not here?

    We suggest checking with your neighbors. USPS can often accidently scan packages early as well which will show up 1-2 days later. If it is not located, you may file a claim with USPS directly. Unfortunately we do not grant refunds for packages marked as "delivered".

  • WHAT DOES “Order returned to sender” MEAN?

    If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address please reach out to us and we will issue you store credit for the order total.

Shipping

  • I put in the wrong shipping address, WHAT DO I DO?

    If you put in an incorrect shipping address, please contact us right away. If your order hasn’t shipped yet we can fix it.

  • How long until my order ships?

    Delivery estimates for U,S, customers are always at the top of the website. We can't guarantee any specific delivery time frames, so if you need it in time for a special occasion, we recommend purchasing 2-3 weeks in advance to be safe.

  • Order returned to sender

    If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address please reach out to us and we will issue you store credit for the order total.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes we do! If you live overseas, it's highly recommended to select UPS or DHL as they are more reliable and come with insurance.

    If you ship via "First Class Package", please note you're buying at your own risk and we will not be responsible for lost packages. Additionally, "First Class Package" delivery times can vary greatly and sometimes take a few months. If a package is in transit for more then 2 weeks we cannot guarantee it's quality upon delivery and you are buying at your own risk.

    You are responsible for paying any potential customs or duties fees your country may charge for international shipments. Shipping and customs/duties fees cannot be refunded under any circumstance

  • Do you accept refunds?

    Unfortunately we don’t allow refunds or returns, all sales are final.
