How to play with and care for slime
To keep your slime looking new, always wash and dry your hands before playing and play with your slime on a clean, non-porous surface! Remember, the more you play with slime, the softer it will become so always knead your slimes a bit to get the perfect texture!
Have fun playing with your slime and don’t forget to send all your instas to @ peachybbies or @peachyfamposts with #peachyfam to be featured on the site!
Don’t forget to close it back in it’s container or an air tight container when your done so it doesn't dry out.
Slime can become sticky especially in hot weather or if it has been sitting for a long time, this is unavoidable but fixable! Simply spray the slime with the Activator Pen included in your Peachybbies package once, stir until the liquid is mixed in completely, and test the slime. Is it still sticky? Repeat the process until the desired texture has been reached!
Slime may warm up while playing and get a bit sticky. Close it back in the container and leave to cool for a bit or pop it in the fridge for a few minutes to fix it. Do not add any extra activator for this issue!
Oops! You may have added a product that reacted poorly with the slime! Try adding a bit of activator and see if it comes back together. If not, it may be time for a new slime that you DON’T add random ingredients into. Peachybbies slimes are perfect the way they are, no need to add any extra products, ever.
Not to worry! Slimes can become especially stiff feeling in colder weather. Place your slimes in a warm area and let sit until they thaw. If you’d like to start playing with your slimes immediately, just warm them up with your own hands by kneading them gently and using your palms to heat the slime.
Sounds like you added too much activator to your slime! No worries, just seal your slime up and leave in a warm, dry place until it softens. This process should take anywhere from a few days to a few months, depending on how overactivated the product is.
Slime became overactivated or stiff after i added my own ingredients or the slime touched a foreign object
Peachybbies slimes never require you to add outside ingredients, if you do decide to add something, one of the results may be you ruining your slime. Always do research on ingredients before you mix them into slime!
Simply spray the slime with the Activator Pen included in your Peachybbies package once, stir until the liquid is mixed in completely, and test the slime. Is it still sticky? Repeat the process until the desired texture has been reached!
First, squish and squeeze the slime as much as you can to deflate all the bubbles you can. Then, if it still won’t fit back in its original container, you can seal the rest up in a ziplock bag or another clean, air-tight container until the slime all deflates back to it’s normal size.
All slimes deflate over time. The only way to fix this is to play with your slime which will create air pockets that will temporarily re-inflate your slime. If your slime won’t inflate anymore, it might be time for a new slime.
When you play with slime, it adds tiny air bubbles into the slime which prevent clear slime from being crystal clear until they rise out of the slime. Close your slime up and leave to sit until the bubbles are gone and it should be good as new.
TIP: Never play with clear slime if you’ve just applied lotion (and absolutely NEVER add lotion to clear slimes!) as this will mix with the slime and make it foggy
If you’ve been playing with your slime a lot and it just isn’t looking so hot anymore, smells bad, the texture has changed a lot, or its discolored, it may be time to pick yourself up a new slime and throw this one out.
