Subscription Box FAQ

1. When will my subscription box ship?
Your subscription box will ship by mid-month each month. Keep an eye out for that ooey-gooey goodness arriving soon!

2. When will I be charged?

• Month-to-Month Subscriptions: You’ll be charged for your first order at checkout. After that, charges will occur on the 4th of each month.
• Prepaid Subscriptions (6-month or 12-month): You’ll pay upfront at checkout, and your boxes will ship by mid-month each month.

3. Can I skip a box?

• Month-to-Month Members: Yes! You can skip a box anytime through your account settings.
• Prepaid Members: While skipping isn’t available, reach out to us at help@peachybbies.com for assistance.

4. Where is the subscription available?
Our subscription is currently only available to customers in the USA.

5. What subscription options do you offer?
We have three flexible plans:

• Monthly: Pay as you go and enjoy the slime fun!
• 6-Month Prepaid: One payment for 6 months of squishy surprises.
• 12-Month Prepaid: The ultimate savings for a full year of slimey joy!
